Home made bed cover

Over on the NASIOC Baja board, we're having a discussion about making a home made bed cover along the lines of a the Ozz cover.

Others have done this. One person sent me a tracing of her cover and I'm converting it to a CAD drawing that ultimately will be refined enough to make a dimensioned template -- ultimately a PDF and Autocad DWG people can have printed out at their local repro house to make their own bed.

Does anyone have an Ozz cover available for pix or close examination?

Here is the work so far: a CAD overlay of a tracing. Pretty rough.
