Baja driver killed in Maryland

Baja driver killed in Maryland

Saw on the news that a Baja was involved in a head-on with a Honda CRV, the Baja driver was killed...it was a black over black Baja and the accident was in Howard County, Maryland ( near DC )..anyone know who it was?

Prayers go out to the people involved.

Odd thing was the Baja didn't look too badly damaged while the Honda was a total mess from the front to the windshield...perhaps the baja driver wasn't wearing seatbelt? Anyone know?
