Just posting if anyone in the future needs to know:
I just installed FAST FC-09 18x8" +45mm 5x100 rims on my 2003 Baja with Michelin 235/40/18 tires, and everything fits with no modifications required to the fenders or wheel wells. No scrubbing that I've noticed in turns or over bumps. Also have the 2006-07 WRX brakes. Hub rings (72.6-56.1mm) were required, though, as well as different lug nuts (holes in the rims are smaller, and the Subaru OEM nuts are too thick).
Although the manufacturer's website says they fit, I'm just posting here to confirm that, yes, they do.
