idea for gas door body cladding

Has anybody come up with a 3-D printed cladding for the gas door?
I was going to just 2 tone paint my gas door to match the 2 tone body side plastic cladding line, but got to thinking, it wouldnt be that hard to create what Subaru should have, a cladding that double stick tapes to the bottom portion of the gas door, so that it has the same profile of the quarter panel cladding surrounding it.

I do not have a 3D printer. But if someone takes this project on, I would be a guinea pig for it.
I have also thought of just trying to cut some sort of plastic container in the shape and fit up, an old CLR bottle I have is about the same color and almost started the project, but thought would give someone here a chance to do the project. You could make some good money on this project by selling them.

painted the door today with silver. car came to me with a red that was not a good match so will have to fix that sometime too.
