Hoping someone can point me in the right direction
When I turn on my AC it comes out cold initially. After awhile it starts to blow warm air. It will do this back and forth. When I first turn on the AC the center of the pulley is spinning. Once it starts to blow warm the center is no longer spinning. I pulled out the wire and verified that it is sending the unit 13 volts even when the pulley isn't spinning. Any ideas?

Check out this thread... This worked for me:

The only thing I would recommend differently from him is to use the AC clutch removal tool, which you can rent for free from many US and Canadian auto parts stores. Don't use the screws to try to push the clutch out...
I had the same symptoms as you, and removing one of the clutch shims worked for me. Working great for a year, now.
