Wiper control arm - intermittent + ON not working

Just picked up a 2006 Baja. Woohoo!

Going through it to see what's broken and needs attention.

So far only obvious item is the windshield wiper control arm.

the ring that turns on the intermittent cycle and ultimately continuous wiper, is not working.

Only way I can turn on the wipers is to pull back on the arm and do the mist to get them to operate.

Anyone fixed this or replace the whole control arm? The intermittent/speed ring is loose.

Dealer only item? OEM aftermarket parts?

Any help greatly appreciated.
