Has anyone swapped the headlights with the dual beam bulbs for the higher end ones with separate high and low bulbs?
I have the higher end headlights and when I went to swap them out, noticed the the connector is different. ON my originals, the wires terminate in the bulb connector. For the upgraded ones, they must terminate in the male side of a white 3-pin connector.
I'll search for headlight harness parts but wondered if anyone has done this and knows of a good solution.
Thanks!
Evan

Re: Headlight swap
its probably possible, not sure how easy though. Like you mentioned the single bulb (hi/lo) headlamps should only use one connector where the dual bulb uses 2 connectors. You might have to rip the wiring harness from another outback or baja with dual bulbs as well. otherwise you may have to make your own harness.
