Basic mods

Post by robertsmando »

I bought my Baja about a month ago and have been thankful to find this forum! So far, based on the info that I've found on this site, I've disabled my Daytime Running Lights, removed my rear seat headrests, and taken down my crossbars on my rack for the slightly better gas mileage while I'm not using them.
Thanks for the inspiration and information, guys!

Anyone else in Nashville, TN area? I notice a couple of Bajas here and there around town.

Hey Buddy, welcome. Haven't been here much longer than yourself, but this is a great site with great info. A little slow sometimes, but we are an elite group of rare car owners, lol. Cool start on the mods. I've done the complete LED bulb turnover and paint matched the silver dash pieces. If you look around you'll find the possibilities are endless. Have fun with your rig. [smilie=666.gif].....Not in your area, enjoying the worst blizzard of my life here in the swamps of Jersey . Seems every Baja they sold is right around me sometimes. I think we notice them 'cause we drive 'em.

awesome! Glad to hear you're having fun with your ride. Good call on removing the headrests. I'm not sure why I didn't think of that before....
