Yeah, I've always gone with NGK before but I was researching spark plugs (out of boredom) and out of all the "high speed" spark plugs out there the Pulstar pulse plugs had actual numbers: graphs, dyno charts, MPG, etc.; to back up their claims. They are a bit more expensive (about twice as much) than normal spark plugs but they use exotic metals so they should last longer (like other platinum and iridium plugs).

I guess I'll see how they do and post my results at a later date.

I have a set of the Pulstar plugs in my '05 turbo. They may have been a primary cause of why nitration was significantly reduced in my last used oil analysis. I believe that a certain flat spot in the low to midrange power area under very specific circumstances (including cold start, but not every cold start circumstance) is greatly reduced or even eliminated with them. However, there is no mpg difference and no reduction in fuel dilution in the oil. As such, the plugs cannot pay for themselves for me. YMMV.

The results so far: no real change seen in gas milage and I don't "feel" much change in power as I have no way of really measuring the power (dyno, acceleration, time it takes to go up a hill...) but I have a feeling any gains are miniscule if at all.
