So...i just picked up the filter set from a local car parts shop.....and this morning popped the glovebox apart to replace them....and found nothing in the filter box........a few pine needles....and thats it...no filters anything.....i have only brought my baja into a dealership once for an oil change while i have owned it - so maybe that place pulled them....maybe they were pulled before it became mine.....hmm.....
see what changes now inside....hopefully a bit less condensation....and a bit less funky engine-y smell....

I'm pretty sure the cabin air filter was a dealer option - didn't come standard on the Baja (at least in the US).
I added filters to mine a couple years ago when we had wildfires around here, to try to keep the smoke smell down.
I believe if they have been installed by the dealership, there will be a sticker in the passenger doorframe with a replacement date on it.
