five passenger baja?

I was wondering if anybody here knows how hard it would be to put a legacy back seat and fifth seat belt into a Baja. We have had an outback wagon for about 3 years but we are looking to get something new and want the versatility of the Baja. The only catch is that we have 3 kids, so we need the extra capacity! Is this possible?
