When I caught them down the road at the trash dump they got out and were unloading their trash like nothing ever happened. I said to them "hey, did you hit my car?!" (knowing they did) they basically just walked over and looked and said "oh we got out but didn't notice any damage" the man didn't say much but he went and got his information and we exchanged insurance info. They were then like "well, we'll pay out of pocket if it isn't too much. C-ya later!" I told them "OOOHHHHH no you're not going anywhere. I called the police and while we were waiting on them I was like "you know this is pretty much hit and run, right?" The lady got all mad and was saying "we don't hit and run! That's what people with no insurance do!" I just kinda brushed it off. The police got there and we did a report and yada yada. The officer told me that they could not determine who's fault it was since we both left the property (I did not have the video at that time).
I went and got an estimate and it totaled about $1,700. They decided not to pay out of pocket and have their insurance take care of it. So I contacted their insurance which is Liberty Mutual. Don't even get me started with that

About 2 1/2 wekks later I finally got my check and I should have her all fixed up by next week. My estimate:
Fender : $219.95
Fender Flare : $257.00
Fender Liner : $97.32
Body Labor : $345
Paint Labor : $364
Paint Supplies : $268
I am however doing most the repairs myself. The above estimate was done by a local shop and when Liberty Mutual came in they wanted an estimate by one of their people. Their estimate was about $200 less.
