Does anybody have the documentation on the installation of the trailer hitch wiring from the dealer? I'd like to check it out. Could you please e-mail me a scan of it or if you would have the electronic version. I'd like to see when the "T" connector goes and anything else it says about it.

The OEM Subaru wiring harness plugs directly into a preinstalled jack, located adjacent to the right rear wheel well. There is a "blank" plug in the jack which you have to remove (and it can be a PITA if it has been in there awhile and all crudded up), then your harness will plug right into that. Above comment applies to the 2003 model year, at least, as I went through all this a couple of years ago.
Thanks! I found it. Wasn't bad taking the plug out.
Next question:
I'm not sure on the hitch. Gonna order it online from etrailer.com
Hidden Hitch
Class I Receiver Hitch Fits Subaru Baja
1-1/4" Hitch Opening
2,000 Towing
Draw-Tite
Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch Fits Subaru Baja
1-1/4" Hitch Opening
2,000 Towing
They look exacally the same to me, as far as the pic they show but the Hidden Hitch is $10.00 more. Any ideas why? Just wanna make sure before I purchase.
Thanks
