'03 and '05 head room differences

So I have decided that I want a Baja for my next car. I have been looking at a lot of '03s and test driven a few and have test driven one '05. The problem is that my head touches the ceiling in the '03, but not in the '05. The specs on both years have the headroom listed as the same dimension, were there changes in the seat height in the two years?

*edit* let me be more specific, my head doesn't actually touch the ceiling, it rubs across the lip around the moon roof, not one of my favorite things.

Maybe one or both had power seats? The power seat can be raised and lowered.
