How much do I torque down the upper nuts on the front suspension?

which nuts are you referring to? on top of the struts? I think its only like 14 ft lbs

yes, the ones on the top of the struts.

In that case I do believe it is 14 ft lbs or maybe 14.5 ft. lbs. It isn't very much at all, and if you over torque it is easy to snap the studs off. Also, those are lock nuts so they need to be replaced with new ones once they are removed.
