If that's not an issue, I don't need the switches or anything else, just the interior trim panels.

Just got home from running some errands. We got about 10 inches of snow Sunday. Pretty much snowed in till Monday evening. I haven't heard back from the door guy. I'll give him till tomorrow evening to respond. At that point I don't think I owe him anything. He didn't put any money down, I simply told him I'd hold them for him. That was December 1st.I don't have a problem with shipping but I'm afraid it will be awfully expensive. If I don't hear from him I'll try to get an accurate estimate on the shipping. Also yeah, I didn't think shipping would be cheap. With how sad all my door trim looks, and how much use I'll get out of that bed extender, I'll bite the bullet on it.

Pulled all the door panels today so I could get an idea of the size and weight of the box needed to ship everything. The cheapest would be UPS ground and would be approximately $150 to $160. Now think about this, $100 on the bed extender, $50 each on the door panels, and the shipping @ $150 would add up to $450. If you really want to do this I don't have any problem boxing it up and sending it to you, But, (I hate to lose a sale), But I'm pretty sure the 2000 to 2004 Outbacks have exactly the same interior. If I were you I would check around locally for an outback that someone is parting out. If you are sure you want my stuff I'll get it ready to ship. If the shipping is over $150 I'll take care of it. If the shipping is less that is all you will pay. If you decide you just want the bed extender I'll take it all apart and ship just the extender to you. Pretty sure the shipping would be less than $20. If it's more I'll take care of it. If it's less, That is all you will pay. You're not wrong, it would definitely be cheaper, but unfortunately, there aren't any available near me. Well, more accurately, I called up the two people near me who had one, and someone already got those parts off of them.

I took a look at the interior, and I'm almost jealous of how good it looks at 180k compared to mine at 62k

I'm okay spending the money, though, so I'll go ahead and pull the trigger on all the parts, and not just the bed extender. Go ahead and DM me with however you want me to pay you (zelle, paypal, etc.) and I can send it your way.
