Sport light switch
I got ambitious and decided to get the sport light wires powered up. The wiring was taped to a harness on the passengers side of the radio. Its a grey plug in my 06 Baja. The relay is the 3rd from the left under the dash. The switch was interesting. I found there is a white insert where the harness plugs in on the normal fog light switch that needs to be popped out and it works for the sport lights. Of course it worked fine until i got everything put back together and then it only worked when i had the parking brake on lol. I will take it apart again tomorrow and see whats going on now.

Re: Sport light switch
Subaru did this on purpose because of various state laws mandating you can't use external lights on public roads. Sounds silly but that's how they're correctly supposed to work.06Suparu wrote: Fri Nov 27, 2020 1:50 pm Of course it worked fine until i got everything put back together and then it only worked when i had the parking brake on lol.

I saw an old post on here and cut the yellow wire and attached it to the black wire and presto chango..it worked. Now the search for some low profile LED lights front and back.
