Local Blacksmith fab'd it up one day for me while I was out of town. Didn't turn out like I wanted. I meant for it to lay forward at and angle but didn't feel like having him make a new one. I think I still may add a small winch to the front of the plate. I had intended to mount on the interior side between bumper and plate if it where laid forward as I had asked. I haven't made it over to the farm supply store to get tow hoops with screw pins to replace those mounting bolts. The bar is quickly removable but strong as hell!!
It is attached to the mounting clevis' of my Blue Ox tow plate. I pop out the two tow hook pins and it slides off so I can attach my tow bar and pull behind the MH. Toss it in the bed and be ready for the trails at the campsite. Still waiting on a 20" light bar to mount on it as well.
Here is my 05 Baja turbo 5spd. I'm slowly trying to make it into a version Subaru should have sold when they had the chance. The hood is actually being painted as we speak.

Just a few pictures of my truck!
Love it!
How hard was the snorkel install?
Also what exhaust are you running?
The snorkel is custom, i pulled the quarter off. Its a little tough because I have 2 inch flex hose running between the wheel liner, inner structure, and the outer panel. Other than that not too bad, just some thought and time. Exhaust is a muffler and resonator delete. Straight pipe from cats back. Sounds great for NA
