Rough idle

My Baja developed a rough idle. It only happens when it is in park. It never happened until my instructor pulled something and he did put in back in. I do not know what he pulled. It bumps around 750rpm, when it use to stay steady at 1150rpm.

Maybe he pulled a vacuum hose and didn't put it back on correctly/tight enough?

Exactly what he did, but he pulled a vacuum hose and accidently pulled the vacuum line to the pressure regulator.
