Someone posted on Facebook about these Acura Bumper Retainers that will work for the Baja around the bed.... they are on amazon (but expensive shipping):

...but I also found them on eBay MUCH cheaper:

Ordering some now. I think the key is the part number - 91503-SP0-0030

Yup. The dealer sells them, but I'd be broke replacing how many I have missing LOL. Last I knew they were like $12 a piece
