Coil Springs

Post by Truck14 »

I would like to drop my 2006 Turbo to 2003 ride height. Is the best way to do this to put in a set of 2003 coil springs? Anyone ever done this?

I have an 03 and wanted to go a bit lower.

I called up King Springs, and threw on some KYB G2s also.

Still rocking stock wheels with nuthin special tires.

The king springs have a great progressive rate.

Rides nice and firm, but not coil over harsh. ..

Plus they didn't break the bank.

Here's the rear hauling an SBC 350 for my 41 hot rod.

About an inch of squat in this pic.

I have an 03 and would like it higher. Are springs the only difference?

I think there are body lift spacers available.

04 springs are taller.

If you go higher you may need longer brake lines.
