Re: Baja Pics
After winter I'll be doing a full 3 inch exhaust and a tune. Then there is always the possibility of a turbo upgrade.

Re: Baja Pics
It had been too long since my Baja saw snow.

I accidentally run through some mud...about a dozen times

Re: Baja Pics

This seems as good a place as any to introduce myself. I have a 2006 Baja Sport with 57K that I absolutely love. It has with only a few complaints, done everything I have ever asked of it, and I have asked quite a bit. The pic was taken in the BLM lands east of Mono Lake CA on a 12 day/3333 mile road trip in 2010 that started in my then home of Seattle and took me to Olympic NP WA, Crater Lake OR, Volcanic National Monument CA, then to Yosemite NP via the Stanislaus NF on the immensely fun to drive SR4, across NV on the ET Highway to Zion, Bryce, and Escalante UT, back to NV at Great Basin NP, then to the Painted Hills in John Day OR, and finally back to Seattle WA. Less than 200 miles of the trip was on major interstates with as much time on dirt, gravel or forestry roads as I could find. Avg Speed, Bat out of hell.
The car is largely stock with the exceptions being the roof basket by Rack&Road, the Yakima bike rack, larger tires (can't remember what off the top of my head but I got the information here, thank you) that gave me an extra inch or two of clearance, and of course the subaru sport lights. Had the soft bed cover, but it finally gave up the ghost this past summer after 7 years of continual use.
Due to a myriad of factors, the car has a new engine (secondary to a bent rod) and clutch this summer from Subaru, and as soon as I finish this post, I am on my way to O'Reilly's to pick up a new upstream 02 sensor.
I have been lurking here un-registered for years and have finally decided to join the community. Thank you all for the great information you have accumulated here. I am planning to start doing a few simple mods to get a little bit more out of my car, so will have plenty of questions for those of you who have already completed them. I hope to be able return the favors.

My 05, saved it from becoming a parts car two years ago. Has a 257 shortblock, rebuilt ej251 heads with upgraded valve springs. Back to n/a at the moment, but it was supercharged

^^What brand hitch mount is that?
Re: Baja Pics
I'd have to look, it was on it when I bought it. I think it's the Subaru accessory hitch.
