I have a 2005 Baja and the lights are always on
I also have a 2004 Forester and the driving lights only go on when in gear
Is it normal for the Baja to have its lights on all the time
Driving Lights Are they always on or Only when in gear

Yeah, And I hated it so I pull the harness apart at one connector to kill the DRL's.
One single click of the parking brake will IIRC turn them off too, The kicker is you will now have the brake light on inside the gauge cluster.

I've got to get around to checking which wire going to that connector actually drives the DRL.
I'm a trucker's son, so I like talk with the lights. It'd be nice to be able to toss a momentary switch in to kill the DRL while my finger's on the button. Extra points if I figure out how to kill the headlights at the same time, without burning out the switch.

No luck on a wiring diagram for that...
