New noise

I hear this squealing sound when I turn the steering wheel to the left or right. I am not 'over-turning' it; this happens with even the slightest turn when I am backing up or shortly after starting the engine. My 2006 Baja Sport has 56K miles on it, so I would be surprised if the power steering pump is going out so soon. I checked the fluid level and it is fine. Thanks in advance for your help...

Without a video, I would bet it's a belt.

Have you ever changed yours and how do they look? How much deflection are they exhibiting ?

I have never changed them, unless that was part of the 50k checkup I had done a few years back. The Subaru mechanic thinks it's the same thing. I'll find out tomorrow! Thanks for your help!
