Looking at Buying 05 Turbo 5spd

Looking at one for 10,900. Clean Clear carfax. 110k miles. One owner to 99k and then passed from dealer to dealer.
I'm lookin at trading in my 99 Chevy Silverado LS 1500 z71 4x4. I believe I have positive equity in the Chevy, I still owe about 4000. Will the dealership recognize the positive equity assuming the give me a reasonable trade in?
Is there anything I should be looking for while buying a Baja Turbo? I will be asking them if the Timing Belt was done at 105k.

You have to know that trading anything in you are going to get the short end of the sick. As for the Baja, have them put it on a lift and make sure neither of the heads are leaking towards the rear.That's about the most common issue i run across.
