Hello all, I have the chance to buy a baja for about $3000. It has a Bowen motor I think the turbo went on it and killed the motor. I'm thinking to give him like 2000 for it, but the true question is what motor is in them and what am I getting my self in to? I know how to work on cars I have a saab 93 viggen and do all the work my self.
All that you you guys have to shair will be great thanks.

you can use a full block and turbo from a 2002-2007 Subaru. only major thing you will have to change is the "pill" that is in a vacuum line between the turbo and waste gate. most of them should all just be plug n play.. might have a few small differences but nothing that should be too difficult to work around

I made a mistake. Any of the turbo'd ej25 blocks you should not have any issues with.
