Rattling Heat Shield...Common Issue?

My heat shield rattles like hell anymore, after offroading so much Ive loosened them up and now they all rattle all the time. It makes my Baja sound absoluetly terrible! And I've tried to cut them off but couldn't get the top part off, so does anybody know how to remove them? And does anybody else have this problem?

No issues yet on my Baja. But, I've got rid of them on all of my other Soobs. Some of them will come off easily, but to get some of them you might need to drop the exhaust.

Lucky! haha mine is terrible. I will have to take a closer look at it sometime soon to see how hard it will be.
