Hey if some one wants a switch plate like mine for their Baja/Leggy I can get you in touch with the proper person.

Of course all the wording/colors can be changed.

I love the way it turned out, it's great. All I need is the winch and it is complete. I ended up not using the relays that hella provides and used the 3 green wires that came with the kit and put the 15 amp fuses in them instead of the 2 amp and ran them from the battery to the swithch, and then I cut the black wires off of the relays and used them for my power wire. It was much easier than how hella was having you wire them.

The whole idea of a relay harness is to take the load off the trigger wire.

So now you have the six lights running off the oem wiring vs the battery?

Hella wanted me to wire the relay to my headlights so that the lights would only work when my headlights did, and I didn't want that. So when we wired it we just took the relay out of the picture. It also looks much cleaner seeing that I don't have 18 wires under the hood

I agree, you can still run the lights independent of the stock headlights while using the relays..

I would suggest rethinking your wiring, especially if you used the thin wiring from hella to power all 6 lights.

You can keep most of the wiring that you already ran in place, but put 2 relays up near the battery along with some 14g wire running from the relays to the light bars.

I don't have all of the lights on one wire, I have two lights per wire just like they would have been wired, just without the relay or excess wiring to the headlights, but I will take a look at the relays and all and see if I want to change it all or leave it as is.

I ordered the lights online on amazon.com. Each set costed me $60.37 the prices change daily by a few dollars, so it is a guessing game if you're getting the best price or not. Either way they should cost no more than $65.00 a set, and you can get free super saver shipping. It takes about 4-8 days to arrive, but the wait is worth it since it is free shipping.

Looks very nice and complete bajamudd. Great job. Can't wait to see some pics of the light field that set up creates - you could play a soccer match in the middle of the night with that set up!

Well, tonight me and some friends decided we would go up into the mountains and go do some off roading since it has been raining here for 2 days straight now...long story short, I buried my front end in mud, and then proceeded to get myself 100% stuck in 10 inches of mud. Here is where the craftsmanship and sturdiness of my Gorilla Light bar came in. Because of the bar, it saved my front end from being ripped off and protected my underbody from the sticks and rocks. I have 6 hella 500 lights and the Terra 45 winch on it too and had to use the winch to get out and the bar held up perfectly. Sadly the rain and stream crossing washed some of the mud away, but I will post some pictures tomorrow :)
