Baja Flywheel question

Will a flywheel originally used with a 'push' clutch pressure plate accept a 'pull' clutch pressure plate? Are the bolt patterns and dowels the same?
I must change out my pressure plate along with my new 'pull' type clutch/tranny and need to know if the flywheel has to go also.

I have since learned that the bolt and dowel patterns are different but any qualified machine shop can redrill a flywheel to accept either or both patterns. Be absolutely sure the machine shop is good, precision is required to prevent balance issues.
