problem is that my turn signals and tail lights that glow white in my country is banned, and I think that has changed some lights and my lights as standard.

Here I describe how my light shine.

I really only see a few options for this

1) you switch the wiring of the flashers to the rear back (white) light and replace the bulb with an amber one. This would mean you may have to attach a separate light to the bumper or something for your rear back up lights

2) on the tailgate I think there is that blank white spot above the red light you might be able to wire in a bulb there. Only down side is if you ride with the tailgate open.

3) You install some external amber light on or below the bumper for the turn signals

I would say choice one might be the easiest to swap the turn signal light into the rear back up light and change the bulb to an amber one. You might be able to then wire a rear backup light to a new external light mounted on the bumper or even make the cargo light your back up light

Maybe I'm wrong question.
How light is original.
I know how and what I can do, but I want to know is that it is the original lighting.

the reverse light is supposed to be the white one on the outside of the tailgate on normal/stock
the red lights are supposed to be brake/signaling
