My New Crazy Idea !

I had some freetime today and a little beer.... So I decided to make something I have been thinking of making for a while . . .. Subaru Baja Tusk , spikes , horns please come up with a name that sounds good lol. But this is what was in my head and now on the Baja... I made it out of Cardboard for now .... but will have it made out of metal and something that isnt dangerous for the every day driving.. I attached it to the spots under the bumper for towing with 2 of the 3 large bolts. Let me know what your thoughts are ? I have so many ideas lol

Keep up the ideas and your baja is going to look like a Mad Max car. I think you need to make them more vertical, less like spears.

I do like the the spike idea, but that would most likely be "frowned upon" by local law enforcement, no? How about pointing them down and calling them "fangs"?

If I flip them down they are too close to the ground... and it doesnt look good. I tried your idea just to see what it would look like.

It has been almost 3 years since my last ticket. If I get one for having "Fangs","Spears" "Horns" whatever you like to call it, on my front bumper. I will be glad to pay it I cant help it, I like to step out of the Box every once in a while and do something crazy and new. If people never stepped out of the box. .. There would be alot of vehicles out there that all look the same. And remember this Topic doesnt say ( My New Great Idea ) ... Its Crazy and new. And with that I hope you all have a Great Labor Day !

Snorkeled, Is there any way you can post some pics of how you have your front bumper mounted? I have bought a push bar that was mounted on a Impala police car and I will have to make some brackets for it. The first place I took it to thinks it would cost about $400 to install and that would be for looks only, I wouldn't be able to really push anything with it. (not that I would want to do that)

I love the Baja Tusks!

But like others said, I would curve them up a little more. Maybe so that the points stick up. Think wooly mammoth tusks.
