LOOKING FOR REAR LOCK OF TONNEAU COVER FOR 05 BAJA
I NEED THE REAR LOCK SYSTEM FOR THE HARD TONNEAU COVER OF THE 2005 BAJA. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Try here...
http://www.subarupartswarehouse.com/ under rear body and floor, exterior trim.
I've ordered several rear cover parts recently, brackets, the front cover things, and such. If you just need a lock fixed or new keys, take the one you have apart and out of the cover and take it down to a real locksmith shop. That's what I did and I got new keys made for $20 (previous owner saw fit to toss a bit of stuff I needed obviously).
I asked two dealers about the tonneau cover and all I got was "they don't make those any more" run around, but this place has had all the little parts I've ordered so far.
