gas mileage

The gas mileage on my 2005 Baja Sport has been dropping, my current around town is 19 mpg when it had been around 23. I haven't a road trip to check the highway mileage lately. I have new tires, new battery and had the plugs changed after the mpg dropped but nothing has improved it. Any suggestions? Thnaks Patty

In my area, they use a 10% ethanol mix in the winter and I drop 10-15% in MPG over the winter months. Perhaps that's it?
