Will 2005 Leather Baja Seats on Ebay fit 03 Sport?

Post by davecoon13 »

Check out these Subaru Baja Seats on ebay

Will these 2005 seats fit into an 03 Baja Sport?

I've been thinking of upgrading from cloth to leather. I am not sure how hard they would be to install or wether it is worth the shipping cost. Maybe I should check the local salvage yard first.

Dave,
They should bolt right in, you might have to run wiring for the seat motors, but that shouldn't be too hard to do. Mike
Even though I work on Dodges, I don't own one.

There is a quick connect plug on the floor below my driver's seat which is not currently connected to anything. Another posting speculated this was for heated seats. Do you think it could be for the power seat controls?

I'd bet it's for the power seat. If it was for the ass-warmers, there'd be another one on the passenger side.

I saw those on Ebay the first time they were listed. If you have a closer look you will see they are not leather nor are they power.......but still nice.

Even if they are vinyl, they are better than the cloth seats I have now. I have vinyl seat covers in front currently.

I'm actually thinking about the leather ones myself or going to the 2003 RS seats. The vinyl just didn't last for me.
