Sounds like the moulding is fluttering in the wind. Might be able to put some black RTV under it to see if it goes away. The prob with using silicone is that the moulding won't be able to be used again if you need to have the windshield pulled out. I have some amount of noise with higher winds and stuff, just ignore it. I fixed so many problems like this years ago at the stealership where I work, I refuse to fix mine unless it gets REALLY bad.

My first post! There is an inherent problem with wind noise on the Baja's front windows--both driver's and passenger side. The dealership knows all about it--if your Baja is still under warranty, they'll fix it by replacing the triangular black rubber gasket on the lower front area. Had a friend who had the same problem--was out of warranty--and told me that if you squeezed this guiding gasket together (window down) it will help.
I used painters tape to track down where the buzz was coming from.
It was the drivers side vertical post / windshield seal. The outside is just barely touching the post. At speed with the wind crossing it is getting sucked up and released.
I used some clear silicone to fill the void between he inside of that part of the seal and the post behind the rubber.
