Picking up a replacement engine for an Outback. So much easier than loading it into the back of a pick up truck.

23 automotive batteries. Yeah it was way too much at a total of just over 900lbs. It was probably the worlds first Baja with Carolina squat. Lol

Ok so i got bored today. So close. Got the creative juices flowing for sure. Something to protect the rear window is certainly needed. Im thinking something off the trailer hitch and a platform that extends over the tailgate and probably into the bed to keep the weight distributed instead of on the tailgate. Im thinking the Tacoma struts will certainly be needed also.

Finally got ambitious and started making the bracket so i can haul my 4 wheeler. Im going to mount lights and make a 3rd spot in the center to haul my motorcycle if needed.

Feeling a bit nostalgic about my old Baja after randomly finding this from 2012 while doomscrolling on the laptop this morning. Two mountain bikes, one car lozenge, one sea kayak, one donut tyre. Olympic Peninsula, Washington State. There's also a wife and an Australian Shepherd roaming around outside the frame. This photo made it on to the Subaru website (back when Subaru reached out to customers). 18 years of ownership and counting.

I’m in the engine hauling crew, too. Nothing crazy yet.
