The most recent haul was 11 CRT monitors, 4 desktop computers, a couple printers, a big box of miscellaneous stuff from an office to the recycling centre. I also helped by sister move her bed, dresser, cabinet, and other stuff within the city.

- Queen-size bed, lots of random, unpacked, disorganized stuff from my sister's second-last move.

Just bought a new to me 2005 baja. Love it so far.
Just hauled a 4' x 8' commercial grade magnetic dry erase board home 50 miles. Probably weight about 170 lbs.

Not as impressive as some of the pics above, but still worth showing. I don't think this would've fit in my old OBW:

I noticed that net in the rear seat tonight while I was picking up the pizza. I thought "Nah... can't be..." But it was. Perfect size to hold a two liter without it sloshing around. Wife hates it when her Pepsi is decarbonated.
Don't hate on me, either. I'm a Coke drinker. It's a wonder we've stayed married this long...

Here is another one. Last night we picked up 6 sections of 8' long fencing.

I hauled an outdoor heat lamp. Makes for weird looks on the way home.

Hauling carpet to landfill...
Re: What have you hauled?
I also hauled these same exact garden stones but it was only 50. Id be interested to research the weight on that. I only drove about 3 miles with them but felt like that was the weight limit for the Baja. Guess not since you hauled 75!
There are some great photos on here. The “rock” photo to me is the most impressive buy I also really like the “piano”. Here is kind of a generic photo of me hauling plants from the local nursery. I also have no problem throwing my canoe on the roof and my kayak in the bed.
Cheers!

I've hauled tons of random stuff ranging from trash to the dump, to helping my brother move into his first home. People who criticize the size of the Baja's bed just don’t get it. Yes, its small, but small is efficient. Pretty much anything you can think of will fit back there, and you actually have an advantage with the small square shaped bed, you dont have to worry about stuff sliding all around back there. Also one of the best features is the durable plastic casing on the backs of the seats when you fold them down. I love it so much. Unlike a hatchback or backseat of a pickup I can throw in my wet camping gear without risk of damaging the interior. Same for hauling stuff. With the seats folded down and that little window open I have hauled an industrial metal 28 foot ladder without any concerns.speedymatt wrote:70 garden stones.
