Who has powdercoated Baja bars?

Hello- I saw a picture of someone's silver Baja with powdercoated Baja bars. Mr. Jalapeno's I believe. Looks awesome! How difficult is it to remove and reinstall the Baja bars, and can you drive your truck around with them off while they are being powdercoated? Thanks in advance for any response.

I've done it, it's not too bad and I drove without the bars. Search the NASIOC Baja forum for 'minor mods' and you'll find all the specific info.
