2005 Baja Gear Linkage fix

Looking for some advice here. I'm working on my automatic 2005 Baja turbo that's has a stiff shifter. From what I can tell, I should just blast the linkage with degreaser. But all yhe diagrams I can find are for manuals. Anyone have any idea on how I should go about this? New to working on cars so sorry if this is a really simple fix

Never has to mess with it myself but it’s something to start.
