Torque converter lockout out
I am wondering if any one has installed a torque converter clutch lock-out switch to interrupt voltage to the TCC solenoid? If so , did it set a DTC the PCM or turn on a warning light?

You mean like this? https://www.rs25.com/threads/4eat-diff- ... ite.99075/
I am working on one, but haven't installed it. I believe you need a voltage regulator to avoid the errors. It's got to have a signal, just the impedance changes when its locked vs not (not an expert) so you'd need a "dummy load" in the circuit.
Hope that helps!

Sorry about the delay in answering. I'm not talking about the AWD. It's the torque converter clutch I want to turn off that engages in 3rd and 4th gear. I would probably check the resistance of the TCC solenoid and install a resistor to ground to spoof the TCM.
