80 Brat disc brake upgrades?

Does anyone have any info as far as upgrading or any possible disc brake swaps for a first Gen BRAT?

Yes, I helped a buddy do the 5 lug and rear disc brake swap from a 1980s RX. Worked great. I'm not sure what other 1980s Subaru models had rear disc, but you'd have to swap the hub over as well.
