Question on slightly loose steering on the highway:
I have an '06 Baja Turbo AT, that I've lifted 2" and installed 16" rims and 235 60R16 tires, ....and installed new front control arm bushings.
The car has also had an alignment. However, on highway speed, i.e., 70+ ...the steering is a little loose. I was thinking of replacing the steering rack bushings with a good poly bushing?
Anyone out there have a similar experience and am I on the right track here regarding this?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Question on loose steering
I belive the gears in the rack were spilling idk it started off slipping and holding off center . You would have to jerk it back to center, then slowly got worse slipping all the time lol ..20Baja06 wrote:What in the wild wild world of sports was the culprit there??tonys123 wrote: Fri Jul 23, 2021 9:39 am Yeah you might want to fix it before it ends up like mine
