There seem to be more female Baja owners that are active over on the Baja Facebook page than here on Scoobytruck. Wonder why that is?

Female here. I'm a fairly new Baja owner as of less than a month ago (upgrading from a 96 Taurus wagon) but it's been my dream car for about two years and I was finally able to make my dream come true. I honestly think the Baja is the most creative and original looking vehicle design out there and it's a shame Subaru stopped making them.
I was even able to get my top color choice. (Classic yellow) I plan on keeping it until the wheels fall off, and even then I will glue them back on if I have to.

That's the spirit!
Although with help it won't have to come to that.

possible that joining a forum to find out more about your vehicle is a male trait, thus the voters are overwhelmingly male. I would not draw conclusions about the Baja owners from the responses of forum users.

I've only seen six others in real life.
two male driven, two female driven and two parked so a guess wasn't possible.

Most of the other Bajas I have seen in my town have been driven by women with the exception of one turbo being driven by a man. I was able to talk to this guy about our Bajas for a bit because he entered the same store I was in. He also noticed my Baja right away in the parking lot and wanted to know whose car it was.

Male, and probably the oldest of all you whippersnappers at 2 weeks shy of 81. Still young at heart and able to drive a 5-speed competently.
