How would I install these center hub caps?

Just a quick question here. One of the center hubcaps that say Subaru for my rims on my '03 Baja has fallen off. I found them on ebay for a good price (only 8 bucks). The picture looks like it can be screwed in or pushed in, but I do not see any threads or areas where it will attach on the rim. How would I go about installing it?
