It has a key but it does not go all the way in right now, I'm not sure if it's just the weather.

I also have a small bottle of touch up paint but it is in Ottawa, no there are no major dings.

how old is the cap and what are the condition of the seals? Will you provide all original hardware and connectors, etc necessary to make it a 'turn-key' sale and installation?
