Subaru Dealership Warning!

If you live in the Hartford, CT area, you should avoid Suburban Subaru of Vernon , CT at all costs.
Their service is no less than incompetent or a scam. I'm not sure which one.
I brought my Baja in several times, and every time they told me it was fixed and that there was nothing wrong with the car.

It was so unbelievable I started a blog.

Although the dealership was quite unprofessional in some aspects, not paying the full agreed to price of the car is not the best way to start a relationship with any business...

that sucks....
especially since that dealership brought more baja's into new england than any other.....
i had gone to more than a couple of subie dealers in new england looking for a 5speed baja...and that included that one in vernon......luckily for me i found sheepish (my baja) in a ford dealership in Cranston RI....

do you really think that the staff associates will be "counseled" about this incident? i would wholeheartedly say nope.....
