Will high gas prices bring a Soob truck back to the market?

With gas prices on the rise (and hopes of if coming back down pretty much null), will the small truck find its' way back to the market? I'm willing to bet something will. Especially with the new diesel Soob has produced, it may be just about time for a comeback.

Any guesses as to what it will look like?

I vote for a smaller Impreza-based version... More like the Brat. There are all kinds of small trucks like this in Mexico.

That would be pretty sick a 2 door AWD horizontally opposed turbo diesel Baja.
