Re: Baja Pics
Here's my new baby. Got her a month ago in Vancouver, BC (I'm from Alberta) with 124,000km. 2003 Classic Baja with bed extender, bed cover, and uninstalled sport lights.
So far I've plastidupped the handle, left switch, and center console plates, changed the switches and dash lights to blue leds, put underglow under the dash and back seats, and spray painted a huge scrape the previous owners put under the fog light.
I wanted to give her a little bit of a speed boost, since I switched from an 03 toyota matrix which had a little bit more umph on the starting line (not much but more). But, I see there is no point in putting a cold air intake because the baja already has one and a catback exhaust may be in its future. But, those seem to be the two major things that most people do just for that little extra speed and sound.
So my focus has just switched to making her my own. Tow hitch, bull bar, subaru brz blue steering wheel if I ever find it for a good enough price (haha will be a long time till that happens), install the sport lights I have, I have an extra set of dash plates that one day I will sand and do a more professional blue paint job (the plastidip scratches really easy), seat covers (drivers side has started to crack, did a canadian tire fix but wont last), crosstrek rims, the storage unit that has the one switch in the center im changing it to the 3 switch style so I can put the sport light switch there, may put "subaru" across the hood like the concept (got the lettering off another subaru at the auto wrecker now its just deciding whether I want to do it or not) and new double din stereo.
PS I got a lot of these ideas from you guys haha

Re: Baja Pics
Some pics from this past winter. Obviously, the Baja handled the snow perfectly, never got stuck, and always got us back home.

Re: Baja Pics
Very nice, how do you like the led light bar?
I actually wanted to get the headlights cleaned when I had it detailed the other day but their guy who does it was out that day, next wash! Gotta get it dirty tho first.

Love the light bar, turns night into day........ Don't waste your money getting them cleaned..... You can replace them for around $100 on eBay...... The cleaning doesn't last very long....I do it at work and you get about 3/4 months before it starts hazing again

Re: Baja Pics
I think we can safely assume those skid marks aren't yours.
...or you have a massive engine and a problem with your center LSD...
Nice, though! Looks like mine, except, how'd you get your antenna to retract?
