Baja spring differences (turbo v NA)

Hello everyone! I have a 2000 Outback wagon and I have some questions about the Baja springs and the rear dampers. I am planning to replace the old (almost 200k, and rusting a bit) springs with a set of Baja springs to gain a small lift benefit.

Is there a difference between the turbo and the non turbo springs? Is it a different spring rate, height, or both? I would also like to know if the turbo baja uses a different damper from the non turbo model.
