Penda Bed Cover Installation Instructions

Does anybody have the install instructions for the Penda cover? I fould the snuglid instructions, and they are very different from the Penda setup. Looking at the Penda, it looks pretty straight forward. But, I'm selling the lid and I'd just like to know what the hell I'm talking about before I hand the lid over to someone else.

Just for S&Gs I called Penda. They stopped their Baja line a couple of years ago, and have no supporting documentation.
